"First impression: the sizing was way off"
Right out of the package, I could tell the fit wasn’t going to be right. I ordered my usual size, but once I tried it on, it felt completely off. Definitely not what I expected.

Shopping on L'AGENCE has been frustrating. I ordered a jacket that showed as available, got the confirmation and everything, and then a few days later they emailed me saying it actually wasn’t in stock...
This has happened twice now with different sizes. If the inventory isn’t accurate, they really shouldn’t let people check out like that. Just wasted my time, and now I’m sitting here waiting on refunds...

"Mine Fell Apart After Barely Any Use"
I only wore this twice and the seams already ripped. I was really disappointed because I expected it to hold up a lot better for me, especially after such light use.

I was really hoping for a better experience, but the shipping took longer than expected and the sizing felt off when it finally arrived. I did reach out to support, and while they responded, it didn’t really solve anything. At this point, I’d at least expect a genuine apology because it was frustrating overall

I ordered from lagence.com and have mixed feelings. The item itself is really nice and I do like it, but the packaging was disappointing. The box felt flimsy and arrived half crushed, and the clothes looked like they were just stuffed in without much care. For the price, I expected the whole experience to feel a bit more polished. Not the best first impression, even though I’m happy with what I bought.

"Looked better online than in person"
I ordered a blazer from L'Agence after a friend recommended the brand, so I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, the quality just didn’t match what I expected for the price. The fabric felt thinner than I hoped, the seams looked a little messy, and one of the buttons started coming loose after I wore it once.
It definitely looks nice in photos, which is probably why I was drawn to it in the first place, but in person it didn’t feel as polished or durable. For something at that price point, I really expected it to feel more substantial, so I probably wouldn’t buy from them again based on this experience.

I was a little disappointed when this arrived because the color looked different from the photos online. In person, the shade was way off from what I expected, which makes it feel like the pictures might not be showing the item very accurately. I probably would’ve picked something else if the photos had been closer to the real color...

I sent two emails and a whole week later, still nothing. Not even a quick “we’ll get back to you.” it’s annoying dealing with these clowns when all I wanted was a simple reply.

"Such a frustrating shopping experience"
I tried to buy a dress and the whole site was a pain. The pages took forever to load the filters kept resetting and checkout gave me an error twice. After about 30 minutes I just gave up. For clothes that cost this much the online store really needs to work better.

"Nice styles, but hard to justify the price"
I really wanted to be more excited about my order from lagence.com. The pieces do look nice, and I can see why people are drawn to the brand, but the prices felt steep once I actually had everything in hand.
For what I paid, I was expecting the quality to feel a bit more special. It wasn’t bad by any means, just not noticeably better than things I’ve bought elsewhere for a lot less.
The styling is definitely polished, especially in photos, but value-wise it didn’t quite land for me. I might check back if there’s a good sale, but at full price I don’t think I’d order again
